Laredo Community College District to consider resolution to OPPOSE the DUMP.
The LCC Board will consider a resolution by Board Member Cynthia Mares to oppose the proposal by Pescadito Environmental Resource Center to construct a landfill in Webb County, in its regularly scheduled meeting, Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 6:00pm in the Elpha Lee West Building, Room 105, at Fort McIntosh Campus, West End Washington Street, Laredo.
We CALL on all concerned citizens to reach out to the LCC board members and urge them to stand with our County Commissioner’s Court, City Council and environmental community, and, as our elected officials, oppose this dump.
